About Growth Centric
Growth Centric was founded by Joel Perso in 2025 after over 10 years as a COO for 3 separate companies. Starting in real estate operations, he partnered with his first team leader to launch an independent brokerage in Milwaukee, WI, growing it to 400 units.
Next, as the COO of VRX Media Group, Joel led the expansion into over 50 markets nationwide, building the systems and hiring the team to scale. In 2022 VRX Media was acquired by Zillow Group.
Later as COO of Sphere Rocket, a virtual workforce staffing agency, Joel built the senior leadership team and helped grow the company into an 8-figure business.
Joel brings deep operational and leadership experience, and proven systems and frameworks that can be applied to Growth Centric’s clients.
